Testimonial - Dr Rajkumar

"One of the best things to have happened to me in 2016 was the mentorship of Kannan Sir (Kay). I have been running for the past 4 Yrs. and completed a handful of HMs & FMs. I always trained with my own 'plans'.
Dr. Rajkumar KN
I came to know about Kay through a runner friend and contacted him soon after I picked up a groin injury when completing the FM at TWCM 2016

We had a detailed conversation regarding my running history, diet, conditioning methods & my running goals. Kay identified the weak links in my training and I had to literally unlearn everything and start afresh.
I wasn’t sure I would be able to handle a structured training, accountability and harder workouts yet I wanted to get better. I was very comfortable bringing my concerns or questions to him

The training program for me was personalized & not just some template which doesn’t care about my strengths and limitations.

My training runs now are something I look forward to & enjoy rather than a chore.

Coaching is more than just devising plans in place for trainees to succeed instead
coaching should be developing a personal relationship with someone and Kay always makes sure to do that.

He is knowledgeable, easily accessible, flexible, holds you accountable and is personally invested in every runner and it shows through his coaching. It’s important to have somebody that knows how to help you reach your running goals who can give objective feedback, encourage, motivate, educate and keep you on the right track with your training.

Whenever I hit a rough patch, he doesn't push me to the point of breaking down, instead, works with me to get me back on track with encouragement and understanding. I have never felt better!

He is an exceptional runner, everyone knows it. But what I admire most about him is his genuine care & concern for people and society, striving constantly to make a difference to the lives of others. His #424242running campaign for road safety is one such initiative.

He is more than a coach to me and I value his friendship a lot.

Whether a beginner or someone wanting to up their game, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kay"
